Customer Service Representative
Details:   
#24648, Customer Service Representative for a pharmacy benefits provider. Full-time, temp to hire. Multiple positions available. $11.00 per hour. Training starts February 26.  Customer Service/Data Entry, providing a wide variety of pharmacy benefit management services including benefit design and consulting; formulary management; pharmacy network management; and clinical programs. Respond to questions from members, providers, and pharmacies on a daily basis; providing customer service over the phone is critical; accurate and timely interpretation and documentation of responses to questions regarding prescription benefit plans, and pharmacy claims processing issues.
   
Qualifications:   
Pharmacy Tech or Call Center and or Medicare/Medicaid experience strongly preferred.  Strong and accurate keyboarding, communication and interpersonal skills, customer service, critical thinking, and problem solving skills are needed along with being detailed and team oriented.  Must have high energy, be articulate, have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and be able to problem solve quickly. Basic computer skills needed. Bilingual skills preferred.  Hours are scheduled between 9:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. Monday-Friday and Saturday rotation.
